Shipping and Returns

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY...

1. IF YOU REQUIRE A RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE, PLEASE START BY WRITING US HERE: support@simplyjaneclothing.com or send us a direct message.
2. Then you may upload photos, an explanation, and anything else necessary to resolve whatever issue you may have.
3. We will communicate with you through one of these two channels which will allow us to agree upon sending you a return label, refunds, swaps, or whatever is necessary to resolve the situation.
Please, don't take advantage of small businesses. Small business is the backbone of our country.

EXCHANGE
If your product is damaged or has any sizing issues, we will do an exchange provided we still have your size in stock. If not, we will do a return and give you a refund. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage or ill fitting item and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved, we will create a return label for you and ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you or issue you the refund. The exchange process must be initiated within two weeks of receiving the item. Holiday-themed items will not be exchanged after the holiday has passed.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
We only offer refunds under certain circumstances. If we made a mistake or if the item does not fit will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis and needs to be initiated within two weeks of receiving the item. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items marked "clearance" or "special bundle" cannot be refunded. Holiday-themed items will not be refunded after the holiday has passed.
Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the return can be properly applied to your account.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
